Determined to forge a successful career in real estate, I have joined Total Focus to be part of a team who believe that people really do matter.
Born in New Zealand, I moved to the United States of America at the age of 17 to take up a four year tennis scholarship from a well respected Los Angeles university. At the conclusion of my scholarship I attained a business degree and our tennis team attained for four straight years a ranking of number 1 in the nation in Division 2 and a ranking in the top 25 in Division 1.
I then played professional tennis on the North American and European circuit for a couple years.
After playing I took up a coaching role with International Management Group (IMG) based out of New York—but travelled throughout the USA and Europe scouting for talented players to mentor to become professional players.
During my time in Europe I was offered a position of head tennis coach and owner of a tennis and golf retail shop set in a condominium complex that housed four thousand ex-pat residents in Hong Kong. I took up this position for the next 4.5 years.
On my return to New Zealand I developed a passion for property and took up a position with a real estate company selling businesses in the retirement industry. This led to an ownership in a real estate company which sold residential, commercial and a wide range of businesses including the retirement industry.
I am very enthusiastic and love working closely with people. I believe I have fabulous
interpersonal skills and am honest, professional and sincere with a high level of commitment. I place a great importance on listening to what people really want.
Having a solid understanding of the retirement industry, I will employ this skill to develop a winning marketing strategy designed to maximise the potential return on the sale for your interests.
